Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a leading cause of vision loss, and affects more than 2 million Americans older than 50 years of age.

- Difficulty seeing in the center of your vision while driving, reading, or looking at faces
- Difficulty focusing in low light
- While focusing on straight lines, they may appear wavy, or with pieces missing
- Changes in the appearance of colors
